Certikin is looking for a Sales Order Processor to join our Customer Service Team.
Based in our Head Office in Witney, Oxfordshire, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing sales orders efficiently and accurately. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to our customers.
The job includes:
- Processing sales orders and ensure accuracy of order details
- Coordinate with the Technical team to verify orders where required
- Communicating with our customers regarding their orders status
- Collaborate with our distribution department and warehouse teams to ensure smooth fulfilment
What will you bring to the role?
- Proven experience in a sales order processing or similar role
- Strong customer service experience and skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft software
- Previous experience working with SalesForce and AS400 would be advantageous but not essential
