Production Operative

We are looking for a hands‑on, reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our growing team. In this role, you will help assemble our bespoke swimming pool covers, ensuring every product meets the high standards our customers expect. This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are quite the same!

The job includes:

• Assembling bespoke swimming pool covers to meet specific customer orders
• Using hand tools to build sub‑assemblies and mechanical components
• Picking and packing specialist components for automatic pool covers
• Assisting with loading and unloading materials and finished goods
• Highlighting stock issues when they arise
• Maintaining production timescales to ensure smooth workflow
• Booking and scheduling tasks using our in‑house software
• Reporting any problems or issues to the team
• Keeping work areas clean and organised with good housekeeping
• Supporting other production activities, including:
  • Manufacturing above‑ground wooden pools
  • Producing pool grating
  • Assembling underwater lights and spa packs
  • Repairing robotic pool cleaners on-site

What you will bring to the role:

• Previous experience of working in a Warehouse or Assembly environment.
• Carpentry, joinery or similar work would be an advantage.
